Delivery Policy

Boardspyq sells digital content only — practice questions, solutions, and (as this grows) other study material. Nothing is ever physically shipped, so there are no shipping charges, carriers, or delivery addresses involved in any purchase.

When you get access

Access is granted instantly, inside your Boardspyq account, as soon as your payment is confirmed — typically within a few seconds of completing checkout. You don't need to download or install anything separately; the content simply becomes available on the same page/section you bought it from.

If access doesn't appear

If your payment went through but you don't see the content unlocked after a few minutes, first try refreshing the page. If it's still not there, email amitgaur.iit@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID (shown in your payment confirmation) and we'll fix it — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if we can't.
