Boardspyq ("we", "us") provides free CBSE previous-year-question practice content at boardspyq.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide at signup: name, email, class/stream, and (optionally) school.
• Usage data: which chapters and questions you view or attempt, and general engagement metrics (e.g. time spent, questions solved).
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, and referral source (including advertising click identifiers when you arrive via an ad).

How we use this information

• To provide and improve the practice platform (e.g. showing relevant chapters, tracking your progress).
• To understand which content and channels are working, including measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• To communicate with you about your account, if you've provided an email or phone number.

Payments

If you purchase paid content, your payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay — we never see, collect, or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves. Razorpay shares back with us only what's needed to confirm your purchase (e.g. a payment ID and status), governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy.

Advertising & analytics

We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure ad performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Children's data

Boardspyq is used by many students under the age of 18. We collect only the information needed to provide the service and do not knowingly use minors' data for purposes beyond operating and improving the platform.

Data retention & your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at amitgaur.iit@gmail.com. We retain account data for as long as your account is active.
